FAL is a traditional brick-and-mortar business that needed a fresh new web design and rebuilt eCommerce solution to improve the online aspect of their business.

To that end, we rebuilt their website from the ground up that included a major overhaul to their online ordering system. The new system includes search-engine-friendly URLs, customer login and “guest” checkouts, and real-time shipping rates from UPS. In addition, we created a product “Quick Find” feature to give customers the ability to quickly locate products based on keywords or specific item numbers.

The project also included an overhaul of their site admin to give FAL faster and easier control over product changes and additions.
