Madisons Foundation is a non-profit organization that informs and connects parents whose children have very rare diseases. We were asked to develop an application (the 'Connecting Parents' database) that would stream-line the process by which they register and connect parents.
Challenge
Convert the old process of taking information submitted via email and entering it into Excel into an online registration process with a database driven connection process. Years of existing parent information also needed to be migrated to the new system.Result
We created an online registration form that interacts with an easy-to-use admin module for connecting parents. The system also creates email templates and tracks connection history and notes.Technology & Solutions
