Based out of New York and the United Kingdom, Omni-ID is a leader in RFID technology. As a long-time client, we manage their website and have built various tools and presentations over the years.
In the beginning of 2011, they asked us to plan and development a massive upgrade to their ecommerce system to augment their sales team. The system we developed uses a complex series of products options, a shipping matrix from one of three locations, and integration of a third party fulfillment house.

Features a dynamic, multi-level pricing model based on selectable options and customer account levels. We custom developed a "wizard" to walk customers through a complex custom labeling system unique to Omni-ID.
Available only to authorized customers, the portal houses a series of product change notifications, downloads, and company-related marketing tools and assets.
Built primarily to manage the vast customer base, the system houses order history, creating and upgrading customer account levels, and various copy throughout the website.
